If you are interested in purchasing one of our puppies please use the contact us tab to send us some information about yourself and what you are looking for. We take placing our babies very seriously and want to make sure they will be going to good homes where they will be well cared for.

We require a 50% deposit with a contract in order to hold a puppy. Puppies are usually released to their new homes when they are eating solid food. Each puppy is different and we want to make sure they are healthy and thriving and ready to go before releasing them so in some cases this may take a little longer.

Puppies will have their tails docked and their 1st set of puppy vaccinations and be dewormed before being released to the new owner.

Puppy Deposit
Agreement To Hold a Puppy until Puppy Reaches Age Ready for Pickup
Deposit Price of: $____________ with the intent to pick up ________________by the time the puppy reaches a maximum of 12 weeks of age. Date of release is determined by when the puppy is completely weaned from mother and consistently eating puppy food.
Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Should the buyer decide that they no longer want the puppy or are no longer able to take the puppy for any reason they forfeit their deposit. If the puppy is not picked up and paid for in full by 12 weeks of age (unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance) the deposit will be forfeited and the puppy will be re-sold. The only reason the deposit price would be refunded to the buyer, would be in the event that the puppy should become too sick to sell or should die while in our care. Should this event happen, the buyer would have the choice of a monetary refund of deposit, choosing another puppy if one is available or forwarding deposit to the next litter due if another puppy is not available.
By placing a deposit you agree to pay the balance of $___________ in cash at the time of pick up.
The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction if we learn of any legitimate reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy and no refund will be given – ( i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmaceutical research laboratory etc.).
If purchaser can no longer care for puppy for any reason and proof of spay/neuter has not been received, the purchaser MUST return the puppy to seller and no refund will be given. If purchaser sells or rehomes puppy prior to proof of spay/neuter being provided to seller, purchaser will be in breach of contract and seller has the right to recover puppy from new owners with no financial reimbursement. We want to ensure that the puppy will not be used and abused by a backyard breeder. Purchaser agrees not to place puppy in a pound, Humane Society, rescue or any facility of that kind. Please contact us first if you can no longer take care of the puppy.
By signing below, Buyer states that he/she has read the aforementioned Deposit Contract and is in complete agreement and fully understands that the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if the buyer changes their mind, is no longer able to take the puppy for any reason or does not pick up and pay in full by 12 weeks of age (unless other arrangements have been made).
